schieldd $schieldd

Creator fees come back to holders as shielded ZEC. Nobody sees who was paid, or how much.

> A payout, in four steps <

1. You seal a box

You paste a shielded Zcash address and sign one sentence with your Solana wallet. No transaction, no fee. The pair is encrypted before it is stored.

2. The pot fills

Creator fees are forwarded to the keeper. Everything above its 0.05 SOL float splits 70 to the pot, 20 to the buyback, 10 to the work.

3. One SOL becomes ZEC

At 1 SOL the keeper swaps the pot for native ZEC through NEAR Intents, delivered to its own Zcash address. Nothing here runs on a clock.

4. One shielded send

The ZEC is shielded and sent in ONE transaction with one output per box, in proportion to balances, each carrying the memo schieldd #n.

What is seen and what is not

Public, on purpose

Every payout prints its number, the SOL that went in, the ZEC that came out, how many boxes were paid, and the Zcash transaction id. A Zcash explorer will show that the transaction exists. It will not show a recipient and it will not show an amount, because a shielded transaction does not carry them in the clear.

On Solana the keeper writes one memo per payout: schieldd pay <number> <sol> <recipients>. The same three facts and nothing else.

Never public

Which wallet is paid at which address. How much any one box received. The list of sealed addresses, in any form.

Who does know

The keeper knows, and it has to, because it is the thing that builds the payout. Every record is encrypted with AES-256-GCM under a key that exists only in the keeper's environment, and it is stored under a name that is an HMAC of the wallet, so the store holds neither a Solana address nor a Zcash address in the clear. No route on this site returns a record to anyone but the wallet that signed for it. That is the honest limit of the design, and it is worth saying plainly: schieldd makes the payout private, not the keeper blind.

Which Zcash wallets can be paid

  • A unified address with an Orchard receiver, which is what Zashi, Ywallet, Zingo and the Zcash full node hand you. It starts u1.
  • A Sapling address, which starts zs1. Older wallets still use these.
  • A transparent address, t1 or t3, is refused. It would make the payout public, which is the one thing this project exists not to do.

The floor, and the dust

A box is paid when its wallet holds at least 20 dollars of $schieldd at the moment of the payout, measured from the chain, not from a list anyone can edit. A share under 0.001 ZEC is not sent: it carries to the next payout, because a note that small costs more in fees than it is worth.

When the route is down

If the exchange cannot be reached, the SOL waits in the pot and the wall says so. Nothing is forced through and nothing is paid twice: every round is written into the keeper's books before it moves any money, and a round that was refunded returns its SOL to the pot.

Where you are

Shielded Zcash is restricted or unavailable in some countries and on some exchanges. Check what applies to you before you seal a box. This is a meme coin, not a financial product, and none of this is advice.
